Last night I spent some time walking around looking into windows watching our Real Change groups meet. It is exciting to see the people who chose to be a part of this effort. I am also hearing numerous comments on the growth that is taking place as a result of these times together. I see a lot of people that are really starting to get it. In the group I am in, I am watching guys take some very positive steps in their spiritual life and they are challenging me to do the same.  It has been fun to hear what is happening in the lives of people.  As a result of this growth, we are going to see an extended impact in the lives these people are touching on a daily basis. We are only in our third week and yet we are seeing significant movement.

I also took some time last night to sit in on part of our Employment Transition Ministries seminar. Van Clark did a great job leading the session and you could tell by watching,  it was really meeting the needs of a lot of people in that room. I think we have about 35 registered for this particular seminar which Van tells me is just around the right size. We will be having another session beginning around the first of April.  We will also be starting a support group for people in this situation that will begin to meet next Wednesday. It’s a great ministry and the Lord is using it to touch some people.

As I left to go on my visit last night, I had a very good feeling about what God is doing in the lives of so many.
