Today we begin our missions conference. This is always a tremendous highlight for our church and it is a reminder to all of us of what is truly important and what it takes to take the gospel to the ends of the earth. This is a full week. I know that it is very busy, but it is also one of the most valuable times that we have.

Tonight we begin with a tremendous worship service featuring our choir and orchestra, youth choir, children’s choirs, testimonies from these missionaries, and a presentation by Brian Keith Daniel, a tremendous artist that will create a fantastic picture before your eyes. It is going to be an incredible service. One of the things that is most important about this service is the presentation of the missionaries. Many of these missionaries serve in very isolated places and when we show them our appreciation as a congregation, it is extremely meaningful to them. They are almost never before a congregation such as ours. Your participation and your presence is much more meaningful than you know. I hope you will plan to be there.
