This morning I was listening to some music and came across the song, “A Few Good Men” by the Gaither Vocal Band. If you are not familiar with the song, it speaks of the need for men to stand and be godly leaders in our culture.

I was reminded of the opportunity that we have in the upcoming men’s conference, “Becoming a man of Valor.” On July 25-26, Bob Reccord will be in Spartanburg speaking to hundreds of men on issues that are critical to all of us. Bob is a dear friend and God has given him a special ability in this area. Bob spoke to over 130,000 men last year and he has a word for all of us.

This is going to be a great weekend and it provides men a great opportunity to be challenged and encouraged to be the men that God would have us to be. We as a culture are in desperate need of men that will take a stand for the Lord. I believe the Lord is going to use this event to make that happen in the lives of our men.
