Bible Fellowship Appreciation

Tonight we had a great event. We had our Bible Fellowship leadership appreciation dinner. It was a great evening. We honored Myrtle Guy, Dot Burns, and Georgia Mcabee for their commitment to Bible fellowship for so many years. These ladies are champions for Christ. They are model servants in this most important area.

Johnny Hunt from First Baptist Woodstock, Georgia was our speaker. Johnny has built one of the most dynamic churches in America. He is a tremendous example of a pastor committed to evangelism, missions and church growth. His message was encouraging and challenging.

It was thrilling for me to look out at those faces and have so many memories of what these leaders have done in the lives of people through Bible Fellowship. We did this in order to say thank you for the hard work of our leaders.

I wanted to say two things to them as the evening ended. The first was thank you for all they had done. And the second was “We have to be better.” We have such an opportunity to touch people and there is not a better vehicle than Bible Fellowship.

I have never been more excited about the beginning of a Bible Fellowship year. We have great leadership, a tremendous opportunity and so many people that need this ministry.
