My G.R.O.W. Plan
I have been working on my G.R.O.W. plan. It is only one sheet of paper with 12 blank lines. I am working on the things that I want to keep, things I need to stop and things I need to start. There is much to be done in my life and I sometimes have a hard time narrowing it down. But that is part of the process. When you try to concentrate on too many things, you get nothing done.
I am finding that there are several things that I am having to consider in the process.
Priorities – you have to decide what is first in your life. There are a lot of important things but we must put them in some type of order.
Discipline – You have to do more than have a desire to improve. When you take these steps you have to make a commitment to follow through on your commitments.
Accountability – It is so easy to let decisions and plans drift away when you are the only one that knows about them. We must make the decision to be accountable. That is the only way we can know success.
I plan on taking this plan seriously. That is one of the reasons that I want to share my plan with you on Sunday. That may not be important to you, but it is important to me.
