Today I have been writing some notes of gratitude to our staff.  On Wednesday we will have our staff Christmas party.  I have been reminded of how fortunate we are to have some great people work on our church staff.  These people work very hard and have a deep commitment to the work of the Lord.  They are constantly trying to make it possible for each of us to grow in our walk with the Lord.

On Monday, I met with the faculty of our school.  We have had a great year thus far and that is due in large part to the hard work and dedication of our faculty.  We have seen kids come to the Lord.  We have seen kids grow and families ministered to.   Our school is a great way to touch the lives of people and I am appreciative all these people do to make it possible.

Our facilities staff is getting together next week.  You would be shocked to see the number of activities that are on our calendar.  These people make it possible for us to use our facilities in as many ways as possible.  It is amazing to see what they are able to do and how they can work around our schedule.

There are a lot of people that make things happen here.  When you get the chance, I would encourage you to give a word of appreciation to these folks that do so much to enhance the ministry of our fellowship.
