There is a great deal of excitement concerning our summer program.  One of the greatest things that we can do with the opportunities we have with people is to share our story.  I am excited to see those that are beginning to use the website in recording their own testimony and encouraging others to read testimonies of others on the website.  This is a very easy tool to use.  I am confident that you will find people interested, and it will prove to be a very non-confrontational way to share the Gospel.  Most people have never had the experience of sharing their testimony with someone else.  Those that have, always talk about it being a life-changing experience.  My hope and prayer is that our summer program will be a giant step forward for many in our congregation  as they experience for the first time sharing their personal testimony.

Today I am flying to Seattle, Washington in order to speak at a Billy Graham School of Evangelism.  In the morning, I will be leading a session on the use of Operation Andrew.  This is a program that encourages people to do exactly what we are talking about this summer.  As part of the program, they are continuing to use a video that was filmed here in Spartanburg during the Franklin Graham Festival.  Many of our own people are featured in this video.  I would ask that you pray for me tomorrow as I speak.  Pray that the Lord will use this in the hearts and lives of people there in Washington as they approach the upcoming festival.
