This morning I am on my way to Nicaragua.  I will be spending some time with our mission team, as well as leading a pastors’ seminar for a number of pastors who are connected to Chosen Children Ministries in Nicaragua.   I hope that you will continue to remember our team in your prayers.   This promises to be a very valuable and meaningful trip for our young people.

This is only the first of many exciting activities this summer.  In the past, I have heard people talk about a summer slump. That is certainly not the case for us.  We had a great beginning to our new Bible Fellowship year.  We have a group of leaders that are excited about the prospects for Bible Fellowship, and if you are not involved, now is the time for you to do so.

We are heading towards the beginning of our summer program entitled, “I’ll Tell the Story.”  Our leadership was very excited to hear about the possibilities of this program and plans for this summer.  We anticipate large numbers of peple to grow in their walk with the Lord this summer.  There is certainly a place for you, and you want to be a part of it.

Let me encourage you now to put June 24 – 27 on your calendar.  Dennis Nunn will be leading what is called an “Every Believer a Witness” seminar.  This is designed for people who would like to grow in the ability to share their faith. I have looked over the material. It is very interesting, very simple, and will provide a tremendous tool for all of us. That seminar will begin on Sunday morning and go through Wednesday night. You will certainly want tomake that a priority.  These are some very exciting days and you will not want to miss being a part of these opportunities. Thankyou for your prayers. They make a tremendous amount of difference.
