I had a great experience last night.  I was on my way to teach our faith training when someone stopped me and wanted to share some great news.  They began to tell me how they had been witnessing to a friend for two years.  They had tried every way to try and reach them with the gospel. With tears and great excitement they said they had just accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior.

It was a clear example of perseverance and faithfulness.  It was a two year investment that has paid off with some major returns that will last for eternity.  The Christian life if filled with many wonderful experiences but there is nothing better than being a part of another person coming to Christ.

Statistics tell us that most people never share their faith with another person.  That is such a tragedy because It is not that hard to do.  It starts with telling someone what Christ has done in your life.  No one can argue with your personal testimony and there is nothing that communicates like your personal experience.

During this Easter season, people are thinking about spiritual things.  I can assure you that people are open to hearing what the Lord has done for you.

I am looking forward to tomorrow night.  Someone asked my what I thought the crowd would be like.  I don’t know, but I believe it is going to have a great crowd and I know it is going to be a powerful time together.  I look forward to seeing you there.
